MEET the FOUNDER
Hi there, I’m Greg, the owner of IS Photobooth, Washington DC metro area's foremost photo booth company. I’ve always believed that life’s best moments are the ones you want to capture—whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or special celebration. That’s where my passion for photography comes in. I’m the guy who’s always pulling out his camera or his phone, arranging people in the frame, and capturing those perfect moments. For me, it’s not just about taking a picture—it’s about freezing time and preserving memories.
When I was a kid, my mom took me everywhere she went, and I was known simply as Irma's son. Growing up, she instilled in me a love for capturing life’s meaningful moments, and getting “the shot”. The day she brought me that Nikon EM camera, the world truly opened up. From then on, I was hooked on capturing the world as I see it—always on the lookout for that next great shot.
Before founding IS Photobooth, I was an IT professional, troubleshooting complex systems and end-user issues and acting as the final escalation point for technical problems within organizations. IT support may sound worlds apart from photography, but I learned the importance of problem-solving, attention to detail, and consistently going the extra mile to ensure things run smoothly. That’s the same mindset I bring to my photo booth business.
Owning a photo booth is only part of what I do. The other part is making sure you’re having an awesome experience. At IS Photobooth, we go above and beyond to ensure your guests not only capture memories but enjoy the process along the way.
To me, being photographed should mean two things: special and memorable. That’s my goal for every event—whether it’s your wedding, a corporate gathering, or any milestone celebration. I’m so excited to be a part of your special day and help create those moments you’ll treasure forever.

Are you insured?
We take pride in being fully insured up to $1M in liability insurance. Please let us know if you'd like a copy of our policy for your event.
What are your rates?
Our packages are completely customizable with most clients spending $1100 on average. Contact us and we'll design a package that meet your needs.
How do I book?
Easy – simply fill out our contact form or reach out via phone or text. We'll promptly prepare a comprehensive proposal and contract tailored to your needs. If we need to schedule a call, that can also be arranged.
What type of events do you do?
We provide services for a range of occasions to make each event memorable. From weddings and corporate events, to fundraisers and birthday parties, to proms and baby showers. Whatever the special occasion may be. You can count on us to create moments for you and your guests.
What areas do you service?
I don’t see a backdrop I like. What can we do?
We can send a link to our supplier. If you select a backdrop we'd like to add to our inventory as an offering, we’ll purchase it for your event at no extra cost to you. However, if want you want something truly unique and just for you, we’ll put together a quote and send it over your way.
After my event, how will I access my photos?
We will send you a link to an online gallery with all the photos taken.
How many photos can I take?
As many as you wish! You have a cap on hours, but not on photos…snap away!
